My aim is to provide you with superior quality, great tasting gourmet food at a reasonable price without you ever leaving the house. So for your next Dinner party or Appetizer party or Intimate dinner for two I hope you will consider Sage in Thyme as your personal chef. Meal plans are also available upon request. I use the freshest, highest quality ingredients available and strongly believe in protecting our planet by supporting sustainable agriculture through the use of local farmers, ranchers and fisherman.
How does it work? A personal chef service provides it's clients with healthy and nutritious food made right in the clients own kitchen using the chef's cookware. The service starts with a personal consultation in the client's kitchen. At that time we will establish the date and time for your party, the number of guest and any preferences you have for particular foods or cuisines as well as any food allergies or special diet requirements. You can get some ideas for your menu from our sample menus or let your imagination be your guide. On the day of the event I will carefully choose your groceries using only the finest and freshest ingredients and then arrive at the predetermined time and prepare your dishes using my cookware in your kitchen. I will thoroughly clean your kitchen and leave behind only the comforting smells of exquisitely cooked foods. "Isn't it about time you feed your soul"
