Gourmet Service Includes the following:
This is a fresh service providing two meals. It will start with a personal consultation where we will determine your tastes for certain foods and cuisines, establish your preference for organic versus conventional products and determine any food allergies and special diet concerns. From this we will develop a unique menu of two meals based on your needs and desires. You can get some ideas from any of the entrees found on the Sample Menus page. We will also determine appropriate storage containers and reheating options. Then I will do the grocery shopping based on your preference for specialty foods and organic options. On the day of your service I will arrive at the predetermined time, prepare your menu using my cookware and utensils, package your food and label it with reheating instructions. When you arrive home you will find the comforting fragrance of your favorite food and your prepared menu waiting for you in your refrigerator. This is the perfect option for those who choose quality over price. $25.00/hour (min. 4 hours) plus groceries Time charged will be 1 hour for planning and grocery shopping. The remaining time will be for cooking services starting the time I arrive and ending when I leave. Tableside service is also available with this plan. There will be an appropriate grocery deposit (Approx. $50.00) based on the menu chosen and a check for $100.00 (payment for minimum of 4 hours service) collected at the personal consultation. On the day of service you will receive the receipts for the groceries and a check for any unused portion and a bill for any additional time if required. Isn’t it about time you feed your soul?
